Painter Progression Program
New to the field? Trainee painter is the starting point of your new career, where you'll learn essential skills so you can grow as a painter. No previous experience necessary.
As a painter I, you'll continue to develop jobsite, safety, and customer service skills as you advance in your trade.
The painter II phase combines a growing skill set with greater responsibility, including leading smaller teams and training newer painters.
A painter III demonstrates a seasoned skill set while communicating with customers and team supervisors, training newer painters, and overseeing jobsite safety.
Ideal for people with industry knowledge, our lead painters retain a robust skill set while supervising a team of painters at one of our many jobsites.
The master painter oversees our largest teams, providing mentoring and development for team members while performing jobsite tasks at an expert level.
