624 Yale, South Lake Union

Overview

SKIS Painting partnered with JTM Construction to complete this brand-new, 206 unit apartment complex in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. This project was built using “Green” construction practices as outlined by the general contractor. We completed a full interior prime and paint, and precision coating of certain substrates on the exterior, including decks and balconies.
