Bayview Retirement Community

Overview

SKIS Painting was privileged to work on the Bayview Retirement Community in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. We’re proud to have been awarded a 2019 Associated Builders and Contractor’s Excellence in Construction award for our work on this project with Andersen Construction. The total project spanned nearly three years and included 170,000 SF of renovations and a 10,000 SF expansion.   The 1960’s era building complex, features a 10-story tower of 127 apartments on the upper levels and 44 assisted living units on the lower. SKIS was responsible for painting the entire interior and exterior of the existing structures, as well as an additional 2-story 21-unit assisted living and memory care facility, seven solarium units, a Sky Lounge and café, staff offices, library, dining area, bistro, spa pool, wellness center and reception area. We are beyond proud of this project and all of the challenges successfully overcome that allowed us to work safely and efficiently everyday.
