Overview

This job was a complete exterior repaint of three buildings in a commercial park that have had a long history of severe cracking and leaking on the concrete tilt-up panels.

Services

• Complete removal and replacement of every tilt seam and expansion joint on the building
• Complete removal and reinstallation of all downspouts and scuppers
• Patching of all remaining cracks that did not receive epoxy injection
• Painting two heavy coats of elastomeric paint
