McMenamins Elks Temple Tacoma

Overview

Winner of the 2020 Best Commercial Restoration Award from the Painting and Contractors Association, we’re proud to have contracted with Andersen Construction on renovation of the historic Tacoma Elks Temple into the new McMenamins Elks Temple. The 45,000 SF transformation took the previously abandoned seven-story building and turned it into forty-three hotel rooms, six bars, two commercial kitchens, two restaurants, and a brewery. This long-awaited project goes a long way to revitalize an important piece of Tacoma’s history. This project was the first time SKIS Painting had worked on a McMenamins project, and we’re thrilled to have this challenging project finish so successfully. The pictures don’t do this place justice.
