Overview

Southport is a Renton game-changer. The three, nine-story, $350 million office towers  opened in 2019, and offer approximately 700,000 square feet of Class A office space. SKIS Painting was responsible for all coatings from the parking garages, complete core and shell, to the fine-tune details of the executive office spaces. With over two years of hard-work invested, we’re proud to have contributed to one of the largest construction projects in the heart of Renton.
