SKIS is proud to once again be the chosen high rise commercial painter for Andersen Construction’s most challenging and high-profile projects. The Emerald, Seattle’s premiere residential property and a Forbes “Hot Project,” completed October of 2020. This luxury residence is located on a quarter block at 2nd and Stewart in downtown. The 41-story, 381,571 SF tower condominium boasts 5 levels of below-grade parking and retail at ground level, with 266 condos and several amenities.
