Overview

We contracted with JTM Construction on this brand new, mixed-use, 12-story residential tower in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Completed in 2019, this residential property features 4 levels of below grade parking, 4,000 sf of bike storage, multiple electric charging stations, 112 parking stalls, retail space, and 116 apartment units, all with excellent views of the Seattle downtown skyline and vicinity.
